Informing about a Complaint: What happened with the project solution about the Plant Wastewater Treatment of Chía?

I'm writing you about the problem related to the Plant Wastewater Treatment of Chía. I was searching some information related to all the proposals made to the city hall about the plans to solve the umconfortable situation because the rain produces floods in the Plant. It ss known by all the people of Chía that there was some viable projects recommended by the Enviroment Office, some students and professionals from the Universidad Nacional and even the Mayors. As you can see, the problem is growing over the time and the citizen can't stand the smell anymore. For those reasons I would like you to consider the start up of the project proposed by the Mayor in agreement with you. Taking up again all the methods (trees, construction and the filter system) to erradicate the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
